Returns Policy

Returns for Cast Iron Radiators All cast iron radiators are bespoke and are considered non-returnable. These items are custom-built, tested, and painted according to your specified requirements, making them unique to your order. As a result, full refunds or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been placed.

    1. Cancellation Grace Period: You have a 48-hour grace period from the order date to make any amendments or cancellations without incurring penalties.
    2. Recommendation for Confirmation: As our cast iron radiators are exclusively made to order, any requests for returns, cancellations, or amendments outside the grace period will be subject to fees. For this reason, we highly recommend that you visit our showroom to confirm your chosen style and finish or contact our team to arrange for colour samples to be sent out to you.
    3. Resolution: If, upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the finish or style you have selected, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. This may include arranging for the collection and respraying of your order. However, please note that fees will apply for this service. - Collection Fee: £70 Ex VAT per pallet. - Redelivery Fee: £70 Ex VAT per pallet. - Painting Cost: £7.90 – £58.32 Ex VAT per section.
    4. Returning/Cancelling orders outside grace period: Should you wish to cancel your order entirely, fees still apply. The initial chosen finish is non-refundable due to unrecoverable costs. A 25% restocking fee on the base radiator is also applied to cover inspection, shotblasting, and dismantling expenses before returning to inventory.
    5. Collection Conditions:  Collection is kerbside only. Ensure accessibility and secure attachment to pallets based on your order size. Proper securing is crucial for safe transport. Radiators must be easily accessible on the scheduled collection day. Failure to comply may result in additional collection charges for a failed attempt.

Returns for Verona Column Radiators, Valves & Accessories

    1. Eligibility: Stock white Verona radiators, valves, pipe sleeves, wall ties, and accessories from our regular inventory can be fully refunded if you notify us of your intent to return them within 14 days from receiving your order. After 14 days, a 25% restocking fee may apply. If notified of intent to return items after 30 Days from delivery, returns may not be accepted.
    2. Return Period: You have an additional 14 days from notifying us to return the products, giving you a total return window of 28 days from the receipt of goods.
    3. Return Condition: To qualify for a full refund, products must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
    4. Non-Returnable Items: Custom Verona sizes, bespoke radiator finishes, colour-matched valves, and accessories are made-to-order and cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered. Please carefully consider your choices before confirming your order.
    5. Cancellation Grace Period: You have a 48-hour grace period from the order date to make any amendments or cancellations without incurring penalties.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or inquire about the return process, please contact our customer support team at sales@castironradiatorcompany.co.uk. We will guide you through the steps and provide you with the necessary information for the return.

Return Policy Continued

If you're returning items on your own without using our collection services, you are responsible for the entire return process and associated costs, including ensuring adequate insurance for potential transit damage. Items received back in incomplete, damaged, or unsellable conditions will not be eligible for refunds. In such cases, if you want to keep the item, you'll need to arrange a courier for its retrieval.

Returns should be directed to either the supplier or our showroom, and we'll provide the necessary return address. Prior written confirmation from Westminster Bathrooms Limited is mandatory for any returns, and we will provide the return address and reference numbers for your convenience. It's important to note that the return address may differ from the original supplier's address, even if the item was initially picked up from our showroom. Westminster Bathrooms Limited will provide confirmation of the correct return address.

We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate postal insurance and ensuring secure packaging to protect the items during transit.
