Continue ShoppingEach Cast Iron and Column radiator is crafted to order, so our returns terms depend on the product and the time since purchase. The categories below set out exactly what applies to your order, with no small print.
For all Cast Iron and Verona Column radiators, you have a 48-hour grace period from the moment you place your order. During this window you may cancel or alter your order free of charge. After 48 hours, the order moves into production and the standard terms below apply.
Cast Iron radiators are made to order. They can be returned, but the following deductions apply to cover the bespoke nature of the build.
The return policy for Column Radiators depends on whether the item is a stock product or made-to-order to your spec.

Return standard accessories within 14 calendar days for a full refund. After 14 days, a 25% restocking charge applies.
Any valves, sleeves, or wall ties that have been colour-matched to your radiator are strictly non-refundable.
