Continue ShoppingMost of our radiators are made to order and some are stock items, so our returns terms depend on the product and the time since purchase. The categories below set out exactly what applies to your order, with no small print.
For all cast iron and column radiators, you have a 48-hour grace period from the moment you place your order. During this window you may cancel or alter your order free of charge. After 48 hours, the order moves into production and the standard terms below apply. To cancel, email us at sales@castironradiatorcompany.co.uk. A phone call alone is not enough.
Cast Iron radiators are made to order. They can be returned, but the following deductions apply to cover the bespoke nature of the build.
The return policy for Column Radiators depends on whether the item is a stock product or made to order to your specification. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Every column radiator can be returned. Bespoke and made-to-order radiators can be cancelled free of charge within the 48-hour grace period above, and after that a 25% restocking fee applies.
Check that your accessories meet your requirements within the first two weeks of receipt.
Tell us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on standard accessories. After 14 days, a 25% restocking charge applies. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Valves, sleeves or wall ties colour-matched to your radiator can be cancelled free of charge within the 48-hour grace period above. After that they are non-refundable.

Confirm your item is within the eligible return window described above.
Have your order number to hand and take photos of the item in its original packaging.
Get in touch for a written return authorisation and to arrange collection. Please do not send anything back until we have confirmed the return address.
Please check your delivery before signing and report any visible transit damage, shortage or incorrect item to us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery, keeping the original packaging. Cast iron radiators carry our 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects, every product is covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
